Artwork, typesetting, and design

We offer a full artwork, typesetting and design solution, which covers everything from business stationery to brochures and large format graphics. But we are best known for our general artworking service, which provides artwork for a wide variety of printed materials where little or no creative input is required. Popular with many print management and office suppliers, our quick turnaround artwork solution provides print-ready artwork for everything from legal corners to business forms and promotional products such as pens, umbrellas and USB flash drives.

We have extensive experience of typesetting policy books, journals and reports – either designing from scratch or working to clients brand guidelines or current literature to ensure complete brand continuity. We accept text in most formats and can also provide OCR scanning and keying where required.

Business implementation

When you take on a new customer the work load can be excessive and time consuming, with issues such as artwork files either missing, or supplied, but in formats your team can’t open. Our implementation service helps to relieve the pressure.

We work through the printed samples and supplied artwork files to ensure each product has a current and correctly produced print-ready artwork file. Each product is also entered into a spread sheet with a product description, your product code and specifications such as sizes and colour breakdowns, we also record if the product has an artwork file, and if not, the cost to produce this. This ensures that you have all the assets in place to get the account up and running without delay. We can also combine this service with our brand policing to ensure all newly created stock is produced in accordance with the clients brand guidelines.

Brand policing

When multiple people within an organisation are purchasing print and design, there is often the risk that they are not all completely aware of the brand and it’s usage, and while marketing may protect the brand, other departments may not. To resolve this issue, a complete range of branded samples can be collected from all departments, we can then evaluate each item for brand compliance. Our evaluation covers everything from the use of logos, fonts, colours and the positioning of these elements. We then provide a report detailing any deviations from the brand standard, and any suitable recommendations to fix them.
