This method uses round plastic spines or 21 rings (for A4 size) and a hole puncher that makes rectangular holes. Comb binding is sometimes referred to as plastic comb binding or spiral comb binding. Labels can be stuck along the spine for easy reference.
This type of binding allows documents to be laid flat when opened and the pages cannot be easily removed. Various sizes are available, but 200 sheets of 80gsm paper is the maximum recommended. Available in black, white and silver.
Saddle Stitching is a very popular binding method, the staples pass through the folded crease from the outside and are clinched between the center pages. Larger books may require more than two staples along the spine.
Ring binders are a popular form of document binding, the cover and spine are easily personalised and content is easily updated when required. These are great for training packs, manuals and tenders.
